July Session:

20 English-taught content courses and Chinese language (Putonghua and Cantonese) courses at beginner and intermediate levels.

Opportunities to immerse in local culture through a variety of cultural activities.

Designed to give students both an academic challenge and cultural engagement in Hong Kong.
August Session:

Intensive three-week Putonghua training focused on building pragmatic competence through classroom learning and immersion activities.

Housing
Double or triple-occupancy rooms on campus are guaranteed for ISS participants. Staying in a hostel is optional, but you are strongly encouraged to live on campus to interact with local and international students from different cultural backgrounds.
The hostels provide the following amenities:
- Modest furnishings
- Telephone and Internet (ResNet) connections
- Air conditioning
- Shared washing machines and dryers
- Shared kitchens equipped with refrigerators, stoves, boilers and microwaves
- Shared bathrooms with showers
- Common rooms with televisions
The on-campus accommodation fee does not include a meal plan.
