Wednesdays, 4:00 - 6:00 PM, TELUS Centre
Join us for a drop-in wellness session. This session offers a safe space for you to engage with ISVS support staff, foster social connections, and enjoy a variety of games—board games, card games, Jenga—while also taking time to rest, indulge in snacks, and sip a cup of tea. Come unwind and distress! Additionally, you will have the chance to engage in physical activities if you like, such as walks in the river valley and city outings, outdoor sports, dance lessons, and campus recreational programs.

The English Conversation Club (ECC) is an opportunity to practice your English speaking skills. Attend the ECC to interact with staff and students from across campus, representing all levels and faculties.

Discover the world through cinema! Join us for our monthly International Movie Night at UAI Telus Centre, Telus 150. In collaboration with the Black Graduate Student Association, we will be streaming "Half of a Yellow Sun". This film explores the profound themes of identity, love, and resilience in the face of war. Members of the campus community and the public are welcome and encouraged to join us as visiting international research internship participants share about their projects.
The Research Symposium will feature ten 3 Minute Thesis (3MT) presentations in Telus 150 Auditorium, followed by a research poster symposium in the Telus Centre Atrium for all of our research interns to showcase the research projects they are contributing to on our campuses.
Certificate ceremony from 11:30am-noon after each research symposium.
