Format and Schedule

Program Format

The Fellowship in Health System Improvement is designed to enable current leaders and senior managers in health systems to integrate learning with their demanding work schedules. The program utilizes blended delivery, making use of both online learning and in-person meetings.

Program Schedule

  • April 8-10 in Banff, Alberta
  • June 24-26 via Zoom
  • September 16-18 in Banff, Alberta
  • November 18-20 via Zoom
  • January 20-22 via Zoom

Attendance Requirement

Participants are expected to attend all five sessions in order to receive a notice of completion.

We understand that life and work happen and, as such, participants are permitted to miss one session. A participant who misses a weekend session must consult with their assigned mentor and group members. The participant will be required to complete work they have missed. Program costs will not be prorated.

A participant who misses two or more sessions will be ineligible to receive a notice of completion. The participant will have the option to continue to attend and audit any remaining weekend sessions, or to withdraw from the program.

Any refunds will be issued in accordance with our refund policy.
