Faculty of Law alumnus Roberto Noce, KC, (‘91 LLB) and University of Alberta alumni Michael Gibson (09’ BA) – who also teaches condominium law as a term lecturer for the Faculty – have announced the release of their new book Condominium Law in Alberta.

“With condominium ownership – both residential and commercial – steadily on the rise, these are issues that affect more and more Albertans every year,” says Gibson. “ I think we are both very pleased and honoured to be able to offer the first comprehensive guide to this increasingly important area of law.”

In Alberta, there are currently over 8,000 condominium projects and over 250,000 condominium owners. This one-of-a-kind book provides a legal reference on condominium law in Alberta for these owners and project stakeholders – including rights and responsibilities – with commentary on the latest cases and references to the applicable provincial legislation.

“We hope readers will find value in being able to better understand condominium law with this resource,” says Gibson.
