Student Connect Update
The services you previously accessed through Student Connect are now available through the new Student Service Centre. Our advisors are able to assist you with the same types of inquiries as before, and more. We appreciate your patience as we go through this transition process and work on continuously improving our services.
Application Processing Times
We will be receiving final high school transcripts from Alberta, British Columbia, and Saskatchewan between now and the next few weeks. Once we have received them, it can take several weeks for an advisor to review the document and update your application. You will receive an email and your Launchpad status page will be updated when this is complete. If we require any further information or documents, we will contact you directly. Thank you for your patience while we are working with a high volume of applications. No additional application status details are available via phone/email.
