Your Care Team

The UHC health care team, made up of physicians, nurses, and administrative and support staff, is dedicated to providing the U of A community with comprehensive, coordinated, and continuing care.

Your Visit To UHC

Most of our services operate on a drop-in basis with some limited appointments available. Health faculty immunizations, obstetrics and gynecology, nutrition consultations, and podiatry are available by appointment only.

Your Mental Health

The benefits of having and establishing a relationship with your family physician, and the role they play in your mental health care are numerous. Our family physicians work collaboratively with different service care specialists to provide you with the mental health supports and services you need.

Exam Deferrals

Sometimes unexpected illnesses happen and we have to miss something important like a final exam. Know your rights and responsibilities if you miss a final exam, midterm, or term work due to incapacitating illness.
