Yes. In advance of Open House, log in to Eventbrite or check your email confirmation, go to the Tickets page, and locate your order. Click your order to view order details, and then select "Cancel Order" to cancel your registration. You’ll receive an email confirming the cancellation.
On the day of the event, simply come to the Tour Registration booth and we will make the change there.
