Calgary Centre
The University of Alberta Calgary Centre officially opened in January 2009, replacing the Southern Alberta Liaison Office which had served Calgarians since 1996. The vision of the Calgary Centre is to serve as a gateway to the U of A and its campuses in Edmonton and Camrose, Alberta. Our broader focus is to engage with the 20,000+ alumni, prospective students, donors, other U of A partners, supporters and community groups in Calgary.
The Calgary Centre is a multi-use space, featuring state-of-the-art classrooms, breakout and meeting rooms and professional offices, which are used to provide a variety of integrated education, personal enrichment, and relationship-building opportunities to build on the U of A's commitment to serve as Alberta's flagship university.
The Calgary Centre houses a Satelite Campus of Campus Saint-Jean, as well as representatives from the Faculty of Agricultural, Life and Environmental Sciences and the Office of External Relations, combining to provide alumni, donor, student, educational and conferencing services.
