Suspension of Campus room bookings

In order to ensure continuity and improve services to students, staff and the community, major renovations will take place at Campus Saint-Jean during the spring and summer months.

These renovations include electrical, heating and ventilation, and connectivity/communication systems throughout the Campus. This important work will require the closure of many spaces and rooms on Campus.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to take reservations for our spaces until the start of the Fall 2023 semester. Campus spaces will reopen in September, after the "Everything to Succeed" academic transition program, whose inaugural session will take place in mid-August, and new reservation procedures will be in place.
