Alberta Aqua team won 2021 Rocky Mountain Regional Programming Contest

Congratulations to the Alberta Aqua team, consisting of Weiying Chen, Ian DeHaan, and Johnson Wu, who won the 2021 Rocky Mountain Regional Programming Contest won by a large margin!

Congratulations to the programming club, whose Alberta Aqua Team won the 2021 Rocky Mount Regional Programming Contest

The Alberta Aqua Team solved all 14 problems and won first place by a large margin. The team consists of Weiying Chen, Ian DeHaan, and Johnson Wu. They have also advanced to the 2022 North America Championship round to be held in Orlando, FL, USA from May 26-31, 2022.

Congratulations to the other participating U of A teams as well, the majority of which consisted of first-timers, who did an amazing job!

 

Also, the Alberta Gray Team has advanced to the 2021 World Finals to be held in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The team consists of Jason Cannon, Ian DeHaan, and Grayden Price. It was postponed to later this year due to COVID.
