Vaccinations Are Available — Now

Vaccinations have been available on North Campus throughout the Spring and Summer - and that will remain true throughout the Fall. Thank you to everyone who has already taken your shot - and to those who haven’t had a chance yet, know that it’s not too late to get fully vaccinated. Vaccines are available now, easy to book, safe, and quick to get.

Visit the University Health Centre website and the UHC Pharmacy site to learn more about booking your shots and to see what times are available.

You can learn more about getting vaccinated in Alberta by visiting the Government of Alberta website.

Personal Supports

There is a wide range of feelings about Fall 2021 and that’s okay. There are resources available to help our community members who are in need of support. Students, instructors, researchers, and staff - anyone who is looking for guidance around preparing for the evolving situation and the coming of Fall can sign-up for the free online workshops being offered through Counselling and Clinical Services.

Additionally, Human Resources, Health, Safety & Environment has a number of free and easy to access resources available to help employees and supervisors navigate both personal and workplace challenges; these include the Employee Family Assistance Program. Counselling and Clinical Services and the Dean of Students’ Wellness Supports are ready to connect students to the mental health supports that can best meet their needs.

Campus Safety

You can always find the latest information about the university’s safety measures by visiting the COVID-19 website. The safety advice is updated regularly. While we are still adjusting to meet the realities of the latest public health measures, we will continue to be ready to adapt to keep you as safe as possible when visiting, teaching, learning, working, and living on our campuses.
