Current Education Students - Google 'Meet' Virtual Advising

20 Minute Appointments

As we practice social distancing, current undergraduate students can contact a Student Advisor via email for assistance at educ.info@ualberta.ca. We also have a limited number of virtual advising appointments. Appointments must be booked a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Please note that all appointment times are in Mountain Standard Time.

Once you have successfully booked your appointment, we will send you a link via email that will be also added to your Google Calendar, to join the e-meeting using Google 'Meet'. Please note that all appointment times are in Mountain Standard Time and if your Google Calendar is set for an alternate time zone, please adjust your time zone to Mountain Standard Time for your scheduled appointment. Click that link during your appointment time to join the session and an advisor will be able to answer your questions virtually.

To book an appointment you must be logged into your ualberta.ca email account. If you are unable to login with your ualberta.ca email account, contact IT Assistance. Once logged in, click on an open appointment slot to sign up (see link below). Please enter your first and last name and your U of A ID in the Description comment box and then click save.
