Alumni Career Services is pleased to offer subsidized pricing for Ladderly’s advising sessions. Ladderly’s one-on-one advising model is designed to provide alumni with a clear, actionable roadmap for their job search. Each session is tailored to the individual's specific goals and industry.

What Does Ladderly Cover in Their Sessions
- Resume & Cover Letter: crafting concise, results-oriented resumes that align with Canadian hiring norms and developing a versatile cover letter framework for quick adaptation. Ladderly also understands the nuances of ATS (Applicant Tracking System) screening tools and provides appropriate guidance to Alumni where needed.
- LinkedIn Optimization: optimizing profiles for recruiter discovery and professional credibility, maximizing the chances of being found for ideal opportunities.
- Strategic Networking: moving Alumni beyond cold applications by teaching them how to build genuine, professional connections that lead to opportunities.
- Interview Preparation: providing comprehensive advising on both behavioural and technical questions to improve confidence and pass rates.
- Confidence Building: strengthening Alumni’s professional presence, reducing anxiety, and presenting themselves with authority and conviction.
Please note that this offer is limited. Once we reach $10,000, we will close the applications. Anyone participating in the trial of this program will be required to complete a brief survey to assess the value and continuation of this offering.

About Ladderly
Ladderly was founded by Navid Eskandar, a University of Alberta alumnus with a diverse career spanning engineering (Shell, CNRL), consulting (McKinsey & Co), and venture capital. A London Business School MBA graduate and a lifelong mentor, Navid has delivered career workshops at post-secondary institutions globally, including four workshops for the University of Alberta Alumni Career Services and the Faculty of Engineering. Navid has also worked with Yale School of Management and London Business School to deliver workshops for their Master's programme students. To date, his direct, data-driven approach has helped over 1,600 individuals secure their career goals.
