Official launch of the Canadian Association of Moroccan Professors and Researchers (CAMPR)

The University of Alberta’s Campuss Saint-Jean is pleased to partner with the Canadian Association of Moroccan Professors and Researchers (ACPCM / CAMPR) to celebrate its official launch on September 21, 2026, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (Alberta time).
Under the founding presidency of Mr. Hassan Safouhi, Principal Vice Dean at the Saint-Jean Campus, the ACPCM aims to promote excellence in research, innovation, and the strengthening of academic ties between the two countries.

- Mr. Jason Carey, Dean and CEO of Campus Saint-Jean
- Mr. Hamza Nahil, Office of the Premier of Alberta
- Mr. Abdelhaq Sari, Member of Parliament
- Key representatives from academia and the research community, including Ms. Fatiha Cherradi (UM6P Canada), Prof. Salwa Karboune (McGill University), Prof. Samira El Atia (Campus Saint-Jean), Prof. Mohamed Hijri (UdeM / UM6P), and Ms. Hajar El Majdoub (Sultan Moulay Slimane University).
