How to use POSE
Click on the yellow button labelled “Log into POSE”
If you are not already signed in, you will be redirected to a sign in page.
Click “Sign in with CCID”.
Enter your CCID and password, then click “Login”.
You will then be redirected to a form labelled “Soumettre une demande de renseignements généraux au CSJ”
Complete the form by giving a title to your request in response to the question “De quel renseignement avez-vous besoin?” and giving a detailed description of your question or request in the space provided for this purpose.
Mark your request by selecting the relevant options related to your request. This will ensure your request is routed directly to a Campus Saint-Jean Student Services staff member who is an expert in the field related to your question.
Once the form is completed, submit your request by clicking on the “Place Request” button in the lower right corner of the screen. A pop up screen will appear, click on “Confirm” and your request will be submitted.
Click on the button labelled “Sign Up”
Enter the information requested and click on "Register"
The information you will need to start using the service portal will be sent to the email account with which you registered. Please check the inbox, spam/junk mail, and trash/garbage/deleted folders of that email account for the information.
When completed, come back to the Campus Saint-Jean Services page to submit your request.
