Research Areas

The development of research is paramount at our institution. Our professors and researchers carry out safe and responsible research, creation, and innovation activities, including collaborations in technology transfer and knowledge mobilisation that are national and global in scope. In addition to enabling major advances in education, business administration, social sciences, and STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics), research is a prime showcase for Campus Saint-Jean on the national and international scene.

On average, more than $650,000 in research grants are awarded annually to the more than 30 permanent professors who make up our research faculty. For a small institution, this is an exceptional achievement. What's more, the vast majority of lecturers at the Campus also hold doctorates and are conducting stimulating and promising research projects. Campus professors and researchers direct an average of 80 research projects a year in our various fields of expertise.
