Créer-CSJ

Créer-CSJ is a two-year professional development program in which participants, alongside their cohort, dedicate time each month to engaging with the course content which includes articles, case studies, practical strategies, and subject-specific resources.

CRÉER-CSJ

Each member of the cohort uses this information to create an innovative teaching tool, such as a lesson plan, an activity, or an assessment tool to apply to their teaching. To conclude each module, members engage in deep reflection on their teaching practices within a community of practice that meets twice a month.

Several members of the academic and teaching staff have already completed this program, which constitutes a genuine community of teaching practice. Together, we explore our teaching philosophies as well as evidence-based approaches.

Those who have completed the program report a greater sense of connection with their colleagues, renewed motivation for teaching, and better teaching tools for the classroom.

This year, we have launched a new version of the program specifically designed for postgraduate students. This course will run for eight months, from September to April. Upon completion of the program, graduates will receive their certificate in GTL 1 (Graduate Teaching and Learning).
