If you are feeling curious, uncertain, or new to using AI in the workplace, you are not alone. Many people are encountering these tools at work without having had time or space to learn how to use them thoughtfully. The good news is this: you do not need to be technical to use GenAI well. In fact, the most important skill you will practice in this course is not choosing the perfect tool or writing the perfect prompt. It is learning how to apply good judgment, something you already use every day in your work.
This course is designed to be practical, supportive, and beginner-friendly. It meets you where you are and focuses on skills you can use right away.
Learning Outcomes
- Make clear, structured requests of AI;
- Improve AI-produced outcomes through careful review;
- Retain your role as decision maker in every interaction with digital tools.
