Recruitment Procedures Feedback

Following the approval of the revised Recruitment Policy in March 2026, the University of Alberta, jointly led by Human Resources, Health, Safety + Environment (HRHSE) and the Office of the Vice-Provost (Access, Community and Belonging), is moving forward with the review and consolidation of our recruitment-related procedures, practices and guides.

To ensure our procedures are practical, transparent and reflective of operational realities across our campuses, we invite members of the university community to participate in upcoming virtual roundtables.
