During the academic year, Student & Guest Services offers many services for residents, guests and staff.

Most rentals and bookings are done by the hour. Please bring your ONEcard.

Lost and found
Packages for students in Lister (grab your package slip from your mailbox)
Booking the David Tuckey Gym (requires two ONEcards), piano room or student-accessible conference rooms.

Phone the Residence Services Office.
After business hours, contact the RA on Shift.
If the RA is off shift, contact Campus Control Centre at 780-492-4833 (select 3 for Augustana Campus).
Submit a maintenance request. Please note that a call was made to address the issue.

To hang a poster in residence, you must first submit a poster application to ensure compliance with guidelines. If approved (within 3 - 5 days), get your posters stamped at a Residence Services Office or Student & Guest Services. Posters will not be stamped without prior approval.
