Campus lost and found locations
- Residence Services Office (International House)
- Student & Guest Services (Lister Centre)
- Augustana Campus lost and found (Founders Hall Service Desk)
- U of A Protective Services lost and found (UAPS office, Education Parkade)
- U of A Students’ Union lost and found (InfoLink desk, Students’ Union Building)
Residence lost and found
Augustana Campus: Items may be turned into the Augustana Campus lost and found.
North Campus: Items may be turned into Student & Guest Services in Lister Centre or the Residence Services Office in International House. Inquire about your lost item during business hours.
- ONEcards and room keys will be held for 7 days before being sent to the ONEcard Office or the Residence Services Office, respectively.
- Low value items like water bottles or notebooks are retained for 14 days before being sent for donation or disposal.
- High value items are kept for 7 days and then brought to the U of A Protective Services lost and found.
Please note that lost and found items throughout the academic year are different from abandoned goods when moving out. Abandoned goods are defined within your Residence Agreement.
