Join us in congratulating SLIS alumnus Caitlin Ratcliffe (MLIS 2019) on the recent publication of her research paper "Why intellectual freedom? Or; Your values are historically contingent" in the journal Open Information Science. Caitlin completed this paper during her studies at SLIS.

Caitlin now works as the Health Sciences Librarian at Red Deer College. She teaches information literacy skills and concepts to RDC students

Open Information Science is an open access, cross-disciplinary, single-blind peer-reviewed journal that presents original research on all areas of Library and Information Sciences. It aims to publish the research papers on the most recent issues and developments in the field. Open Information Science is a De Gruyter publication.
