Liam Wadsworth, a Masters student in the Department of Anthropology supervised by Dr. Kisha Supernant, was recently announced as the recipient of a Canada Graduate Scholarship to Honour Nelson Mandela.
These awards celebrate Nelson Mandela's legacy, and his tireless pursuit of peace, democracy, justice and freedom through learning, understanding and education. Only 10 of these scholarships were chosen at the Masters level across Canada during last year's competition.
