Master of Education in Educational Studies
Direct-Entry Pathway
Students with a 4-year baccalaureate degree from a recognized university, along with at least two years of full-time teaching experience can enter the MES directly.
Students in the blended and online cohorts take ten (10) courses - eight core courses in sequence, and two electives.
Students in the Indigenous Education cohort take ten (10) courses which have been specifically designed for graduates of the Aboriginal Teacher Education Program, and others who have Indigenous community-focused practice and teaching experience.

Indigenous Education Cohort
The Master of Education in Educational Studies (MES) supports graduates of the Aboriginal Teacher Education Program (ATEP), and others who have Indigenous community-focused practice and teaching experience. You can be an agent of change, supporting robust learning communities at every level and in every community, enriching a culture of informed practice.
Maple Leaf Schools - Asia Cohort
Members of the Maple Leaf Schools community can be change advocates who support robust learning communities and empower a culture of informed practice. The course-based Master of Education in Educational Studies (MES) can help you become the leader your school needs. The MES invites you to explore the challenges and opportunities associated with leading educational improvement and develop your research skills, while focusing on and integrating your area(s) of educational interest.
