Stages 1 & 2 | Fall 2026 : Important Info for Student Teachers

Registration: Deadline for registration is May 8, 2026.

• Reminder: l'The course schedule for Fall 2026 and Winter 2027 will be available on Bear Tracks beginning on April 20, 2026. Starting on this date, you may contact your academic advisor to register for your practicum. 

Language Competencies (for more information , please see the link in the U of A Calendar)

• French: DELF results from March 2026 (or prior) will be accepted, in addition to results the TÉL written in April 2026 (or prior). 

Police check (with vulnerable sector check) : The deadline to submit this legal document is June 8, 2026. To be eligible, the document needs to as dated as recent as 6 months prior to the beginning of a practicum (March 2026 or more recent). Otherwise you will need to reapply.
