Education

Neuroscience and mental health research brings together many disciplines to understand how the brain develops, functions, adapts, and recovers. Researchers draw on approaches ranging from molecular biology and brain imaging to psychology, clinical care, and engineering to study the processes that shape our thoughts, behaviour, and health.

At the Neuroscience and Mental Health Institute (NMHI), collaboration and discovery are central to our work. Investing in the next generation of researchers is part of that commitment. We offer undergraduate and graduate students opportunities to learn from leading researchers, contribute to interdisciplinary projects, and develop the skills to advance brain and mental health research.
