A doctor's referral is not required. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to your first appointment to allow time for registration and forms.
If your injury is related to a motor vehicle accident, workplace injury, recent fracture or surgery, please mention this when booking. Check with your insurance provider about referral requirements for reimbursement.
