The University of Alberta is home to North America's only free-standing Faculty of Rehabilitation Medicine We provide academic training in rehabilitation science, physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech-language pathology. U of A Campus Locations
Classes (lectures, seminars and labs) are delivered either face-to-face or by real-time web/video cast technology on 60-inch plasma screens to view professors from other campuses. State-of-the-art technology is employed to ensure that students have real-time communication with lecturers across all campuses. While the majority of classes are broadcast from Edmonton, faculty will broadcast from all campuses throughout the program. In-person faculty will be present at all campuses during all lectures, seminars and labs.

Located in downtown Calgary, this campus offers a close-knit learning environment with strong connections to Alberta's diverse healthcare system. Students gain access to clinical and community-based learning opportunities while enjoying the advantages of a smaller cohort experience.

At Augustana Campus, students complete the same Faculty of Rehabilitation Medicine program as students in Edmonton and Calgary while enjoying the benefits of a close-knit campus community. Smaller class sizes and a welcoming learning environment help foster meaningful connections with peers, instructors, and the broader campus community.
