Research/Work Interests: I have a keen interest in individual differences, and how genetic and molecular factors influence the body's response to various stimuli. With that in mind, I am focused on creating comprehensive, individualized behaviour change programming, which is an important step in promoting optimal rehabilitation outcomes in patients.

Personal Interests: I enjoy spending as much of my spare time as I can outdoors, especially in the mountains. This includes long distance running and cycling, golfing, and mountaineering.
