How to get your grad photos taken for the composite of your graduating class
We are now working with SUBPhoto, located conveniently in the Student Union Building on campus, to have your grad photos taken at a date and time that works for you.

This memo applies to the following students:
MScPT 2027 (Cohort 2024-2027) and students who will be convocating with this cohort dues to delays. (March 2027, June 2027, or November 2027 Convocation) - Deadline to have your photo taken is August 31, 2026
MScOT 2024 (Cohort 2024-2027) and students who will be convocating with this cohort due to delays. (March 2027, June 2027, or November 2027 Convocation) - Deadline to have your photo taken is August 31, 2026
MScSLP 2026 (Cohort 2024-2026) and students who will be convocating with this cohort dues to delays. (November 2026, March 2027, or June 2027 Convocation) - Deadline to have your photo taken is December 15, 2026
SUB Photo books up to 8 weeks in advance. Conveniently, SUB Photo is open year-round and during select evenings and weekends throughout the year.
Calgary Photo Session - we will bring the photographer to you. Jamie will be in touch with you with more details on how to book your spot.
Augustana Photo Session - we are working with SUBphoto to try and organize a Camrose session. Please keep an eye out for more information from us.

Sitting Fee
The Faculty of Rehabilitation Medicine will cover the sitting fee. Please bring your OneCard with you as proof of student status and indicate to the photographer which department of FRM you are a part of (CSD, OT, PT, or RS). You are welcome to bring props with you to make the photo session more fun.
If you choose the enhanced grad photo package (includes group photos), please be prepared to pay the $10 difference in sitting fees.
FAQs
For students who aren't in Calgary or Edmonton and who won't be in Edmonton anytime between now and your grad photo deadline, we ask that you have photos taken at a local photography studio, then email a photo to SUB Photo for inclusion in the class composite.
