Consultation on Copyright Term Extension (CUSMA)

The submissions to the Government of Canada's consultation on how to implement Canada's CUSMA commitment to extend the general term of copyright protection have now been made public.  Submissions were made earlier this year by over 100 individuals and organizations, including the University of Alberta Copyright Office.  A directory of all the submissions received is available here, but a few notable submissions are specifically highlighted below.
