An Alberta carpenter who lost his vision years ago can once again read the numbers on his measuring tape thanks to an experimental therapy. The man is a longtime patient of Ian MacDonald, a professor of ophthalmology at the U of A. MacDonald comments on the therapy and his patient's improvement.
