Public Masses cancelled until further notice

In light of the current situation with COVID-19, the Catholic Archdiocese has decided to cancel all public masses, including those at SJC, until further notice. For further information, read the Archbishop's pastoral letter on the situation. In brief, the following are cancelled:

  • All weekend and weekday masses
  • All Lenten parish missions
  • All parish penitential celebrations
  • All celebrations of Baptism, First Eucharist, First Reconciliation and Confirmation
  • Sacramental preparation classes for both children and adults

Confessions may still be heard, for which contact the college chaplain, Fr. Jim Stenberg.

The celebration of the Liturgy of the Roman Catholic Church is central to our life at St. Joseph's College, and everyone is welcome. Our worshiping community is friendly, diverse, and inclusive. If you feel called to serve as a musician, Eucharistic minister, lector, acolyte, Sunday school minister, or greeter, we offer training in these ministries. Looking for more groups? Click here.
