Student Commons Renovation

The School of Business Building is situated at the north side of the Arts and Business Quad, towards the east and north edges of North Campus. This project specifically addresses the aging and underutilized main floor and mezzanine space of the former Winspear Business Library. The space will be renovated to allow for various flexible collaboration spaces to be used by undergraduate business students, faculty, the larger university community, and visiting industry professionals. It will be a student-centered space fostering collaboration and supporting experiential learning while connecting faculty and students. It will provide space for individual work, group project work, student clubs, faculty-student interaction and will host larger gatherings, events and presentations.
