2024 Killam Memorial Chair Advisory/Selection Committee
Current Killam Memorial Chair, Dr. Yingfei Yi completes his ten-year term as Chairholder on June 30, 2024.
As such, recruitment is underway for Dr. Yi's successor. Specifically, this is a recruitment for a Full Professor and Killam Memorial Chair in Robotics for Healthcare Applications in the Faculty of Engineering.
An advisory/selection committee, chaired by Dr. Aminah Robinson-Fayek (Vice-President (Research and Innovation)), to identify Dr. Yi's successor is being constituted as per the Appointment of Killam Memorial Chairs Procedure (UAPPOL). The committee composition includes three (3) members from Categories A1.1, A1.6, or their counterparts in A1.5 and A1.7, elected by General Faculties Council.
Those applying to serve should note that interviews for the Killam Memorial Chair and Full Professor position requires planning and interview meetings scheduled as follows:
- July 18th from 2:00 - 3:00 PM
- July 30th from 1:00 - 4:00 PM
- July 31st from 1:00 - 4:00 PM
Applications will be accepted until June 24th, 2024.
