Taekwondo Club
The University of Alberta Tae Kwon Do (TKD) Club practices the official Olympic style Tae Kwon Do. TKD is a martial art that focuses on defensive and offensive techniques without the use of weapons. TKD provides a good aerobic workout while developing flexibility, stamina, coordination, and discipline. New members are always welcome regardless of experience!
Please see the Martial Arts section in the Program Guide for supplementary Tae Kwon Do courses.
