Schwarzman Scholars Info Session & Webinar

Become a global business leader through the Schwarzman Scholars Program

The University of Alberta is pleased to invite you to join us for a free presentation about the Schwarzman Scholars Program, a highly selective scholarship program that prepares the world's best and brightest students to become strong business leaders.

The Right Honourable Kim Campbell, former Prime Minister of Canada and Founding Principal of UAlberta's Peter Lougheed Leadership College, will offer opening remarks, followed by a live webinar hosted by the Schwarzman Scholars.

Inspired by the Rhodes Scholarship, Schwarzman Scholars is designed to prepare future world leaders for success in a world where China plays a key global role.

The program will give top students the opportunity to develop their leadership skills through a fully-funded one-year Master's degree at Tsinghua University - one of China's most prestigious universities. The program is taught in English.

The Schwarzman Scholars program is open to:

  • undergraduate students in their final year of studies.
  • alumni of undergraduate degree programs under the age of 28.
  • applicants from all fields of study.
