Return to Campus: Mental Health and Adjusting Back Together

Returning to campus within the ever-changing pandemic environment can be a time of mixed emotions and stressors, particularly in light of over a year of isolation from those around us. Join the Wellness Supports team to discuss how we can support our mental health and how to return to being in relation with others in ways that are supportive of each other's boundaries.

Open to all U of A students. A zoom link for this training will be sent to you 24 hours before your session.
