We challenge you to push your limits in high-stress, low-risk environments while lifting up your teammates, competitors and communities.
The Queen's Cup
MBA candidates will be competing in three different areas to win the Queen’s Cup.
Academics
Teams will take on a high-stakes case competition that tackles a real-world business challenge.
Athletics
The MBA Games features a multi-sport tournament throughout the weekend testing candidates agility, strategy, and teamwork.
Spirit
Each school will be tasked with fundraising for the selected MBA Games charity, competing in themed challenges throughout the weekend, and demonstrating pride for their university
The Pillars of MBA Games 2027
Anticipate
Shape the future
Preparing for tomorrow means embracing rapid change in business and within ourselves. Through forward-thinking academic case challenges and agile athletic competitions, we ask delegates to look beyond today's status quo, embrace intelligent risk-taking and pioneer practices that serve as models for the future.
Cultivate
Lead with kindness and rigour
True leadership is rooted in a humbler style of excellence. This pillar challenges participants to combine fierce competitiveness with empathy, inclusion and warmth. We strive for excellence without arrogance — building strong team dynamics that push each individual to grow while ensuring no one gets left behind.
Illuminate
Impact through insight
Data and strategy mean nothing without translation into real-world change. Delegates will draw upon cutting-edge research, critical thinking and story-driven presentation to shed light on complex societal and commercial problems— turning raw insight into meaningful action.
Integrate
Solution through collaboration
The biggest challenges cannot be solved in silos. Bringing together diverse perspectives across disciplines, cultures, and industries, this pillar calls on teams to unite academic theory with practical application, bridging academics, industry partners, and community impact.
