Calling all mentor teachers! We're looking for teachers who are passionate and ready to welcome our students in their French Immersion or Francophone classrooms.
We are now recruiting for the Fall 2026 and Winter 2027 sessions. We're hoping that you'll consider welcoming student teachers into your classroom. We ask that you please check with your school administration prior to filling out a participation form.

Reasons for welcoming a student teacher into your class
Our Practicums | Fall 2026
- Stage 1: Teaching up to 50 % FTE with one day at 100 %
- Stage 2: Teaching up to 75 % FTE with three days at 100 %
- Observation (EDU S 101): This practicum takes place over 6 Tuesday or Thursday mornings, from mid-October to the end of November. Its purpose is to familiarize after-degree program students with an inclusive classroom within a Francophone or French immersion teaching context.
- Observation (EDU S 201) : This practicum takes place over 6 Tuesday or Thursday mornings, from mid-October to the end of November. By the end of this practicum, student teachers will teach a lesson to the class.
