The purpose of this award is to support a registered full-time or part-time student in any year of a graduate program (or up to one year post-convocation) in the School of Public Health.

Eligibility
Students in a graduate program in the School of Public Health are eligible to receive this award if they:
- Are registered full-time or part-time in any year of their program (or up to one year post-convocation).
- Have satisfactory academic standing.
- Demonstrate commitment to primary care as evidenced through their research and/or work experience.
Selection Criteria
Based on academic achievement and demonstrated commitment to primary care as evidenced through their research and or work experience.
Nomination Process
Nomination will be by letter from a student's supervisor or advisor.
