Transcript Submission Requirements

1. Applicants must list all academic institutions attended or currently attending in the Education section of the application. Each institution must be entered separately and you must upload one set of official transcripts (front and back pages in PDF format) for each institution listed.

2. Transcripts must meet the requirements on the GPS Document Preparation webpage. Please note that Transcripts must be issued within one year of the term to which you are applying.

3. Uploaded documents cannot be edited or altered. Please ensure all files are correct before submission.
