Student Placement Agreement (SPA)
Typically, a student placement agreement is signed to formalize the relationship between the University and the site. The UofA multiple or single faculty Student Placement Agreement (SPA) template is created with input from the institutional Legal Counsel and Risk Management services. The SPA outlines the rights, privileges, obligations and responsibilities of the UofA and the site.
A staff member, with appropriate access, can view the multi-faculty or single faculty SPAs managed by the College of Health Sciences in Alfresco.
