On Tuesday, January 19, 2010, at 4:30pm, the Enterprise String Quartet will present celebrated masterworks by Brahms and Mendelssohn in the Atrium of the Enterprise Square, downtown Edmonton - 10230 Jasper Avenue, direct access to Bay/Enterprise LRT station. This concert will be under the theme of the mysterious romantic motto, "F.A.E." This is a free concert and all are welcome!

THE ENTERPRISE QUARTET, a university-based ensemble, features four young leading Edmonton musicians: violinists Guillaume Tardif and Virginie Gagné, violist Charles Pilon, and cellist Joanne Yu. The series of concerts at Enterprise Square is made possible through grants from the prestigious Killam Research Fund, the community-oriented Emil Skarin Fund, the Faculty of Arts, and the Department of Music, University of Alberta. The Enterprise Quartet is dedicated to bringing musical masterworks to the Edmonton community. The year, the quartet presents four cycles of works by Haydn, Beethoven, Mendelssohn and Brahms.
