The Department of Music is proud to announce lecturer, aural skills and theory professor Dr Mustafa Bor has been awarded the Faculty of Arts Undergraduate Contract Instructor Teaching Award.
Mustafa Bor joined the Department of Music in 2007, where he teaches theory and aural skills, and coordinates the aural skills program. He has presented at the annual meetings of the Society for Music Theory, Music Theory Midwest, Rocky Mountain Society for Music Theory, and West Coast Conference of Music Theory and Analysis on the topics of musical contour and transformational theory. His recent publications include a book chapter and an article in Music Theory Online.
