Saxophonist Justin Massey (BMus '12) was awarded the first place prize in the Winds 19-30 years category at the 2013 Canadian Music Competition, held in Sherbrooke, Quebec.
His performance of Ibert's Concertino da Camera also earned him a Canimex scholarship. Justin Massey is currently pursuing graduate studies at Bowling Green University in Ohio, where he is a saxophone studio assistant.
