School of Public Health Graduate Scholarship

$6,000

Awarded annually to a full-time student who has completed at least one full-time term in a master of public health (MPH) degree program in the School of Public Health on the basis of superior academic achievement (grade point average of 3.5 or greater), exemplary achievements, related experience and/or contributions to their field/community, academic unit and/or the School of Public Health.

This scholarship may not be held concurrently with a major award (value of $13,000 or greater).

Eligible applicants must provide:

1. a short summary (no more than one page) which includes the applicant's area of specialization, related academic background and achievements, related work and internship experience, and contributions to their field/community, academic unit and/or the School of Public Health, and
2. a current curriculum vitae.

The academic unit will provide:

1. unofficial University of Alberta transcripts, and
2. cumulative GPA on MPH.
