- All graduate students are automatically members of the GSA Graduate Student Assistance Program (GSAP). The GSAP offers a variety of services, including counselling online or over the phone through Homewood Health. For more information, please their website.
- Use the Google Form on the University Health Centre website to request service, and a physician will follow up with a phone call.
- Access on-campus mental health resources, including the ACCESS Outreach Team, Counselling and Clinical Services, First Peoples' House, International Student Services, The Landing, and the Peer Support Centre.
- Access off-campus services, including in-person, phone and online counselling services.
Faculty and Staff Resources
Staff and faculty have access to a number of health and wellness resources including mental health resources, the University Health Centre, the University Employee and Family Assistance Program, and a variety of supports from counselling to coaching to financial planning assistance.
