University Services and Finance

About Us

The Finance and Administration portfolio focuses on its primary roles of providing the appropriate structure and support for the academic community to advance and achieve its vision, to retain and attract talented people, and to provide best in class support to the university community. We focus on IT solutions, on enhancing the quality of staff, on determining the right balance of centralized versus decentralized services, and on providing training and change management while improving business processes. We aim to be agile and dynamic, efficient and effective, and a leader among our peers in implementing best practices.

Portfolio Equity, Diversity and Inclusivity (EDI) Statement

We embrace our diversity. Our work is enriched when all of our people are empowered to share their perspectives and ideas, and when all individuals have equitable access to opportunities to contribute and grow. Ours is an inclusive environment in which we champion accessibility and everyone is treated with dignity and respect. We aim to live these commitments every day: in the ways we interact and work together within our teams; in how we support our partners and clients across the university; in our hiring, compensation and evaluation processes; in our staff supports and benefit programs; and in the ways we recognize and celebrate success.
