Text or call 780-442-4900 for transit safety and security concerns or use the blue emergency phones located in City of Edmonton LRT stations and major bus terminals. If it is an emergency, call 911.
All transit area locations in Edmonton are the property of the City of Edmonton, and therefore under the jurisdiction of Edmonton Transit Service (ETS) and Edmonton Police Service (EPS).
For incidents that involve public transit close to U of A campuses, University of Alberta Protective Services provides support to ETS and EPS when requested.
The U of A is actively engaged with Edmonton’s transit safety team as well as various city groups to address broader community safety issues.
